Who is G F Virtual Services Corporation?
G F Virtual Services Corporation is a Virtual Services Corporation who hires and administers qualified certified customer service agents to our affiliated clients to perform technical support, customer service and sales calls from their home office.
Once our office receives your application for employment, you will be contacted within 72hrs. via email on your next step to complete the certification process. It is very important that you stay abreast of your emails once an application has been submitted. You will be required to complete the assessment and training processes within a reasonable timeframe. Our normal point of contact is via email and this will continue throughout your employment with our affiliated clients as a form of communication.
Please note that you must meet and pass all of our clients employment qualification processes to include, but not limited to, the match and voice assessment, background check and training certification course in order to become a certified customer service professional to service with our company. Filling out an application and passing the background check alone does not warrant you employment to act as an independent contractor with G F Virtual Services Corporation.
What are the requirements?
All applicants must be at least 18 years old or older and a resident of the US. You must have a quiet, home office to include, but not limited to, a landline phone, noise-cancelling headset, Windows 7 or XP computer, and a pleasant customer service phone voice.
(No long distance calls will be charged to your phone. All calls are inbound so long distance is not a requirement. No calling features should be placed on phones such as 3-way calling, caller ID, call waiting etc. No requirements for meetings other than via conference calls, computer web or emails)
What steps are needed to complete certification requirements?
G F Virtual Services Corporation will walk you through the process to ensure timely completion of your steps prior to you enrolling in the e-certified ACP course. Applicants will be directed to complete and pass the match and voice assessment and background check as needed.
Applicants will then proceed to complete the e-certified ACP course. You will be given 7 CALENDAR days to complete the course. Once completed, you will be required to either form a corporation that you will work under to perform services or join our Virtual Services Corporation to perform services. (You can check your home state's website for information on how to incorporate. Visit online incorporation service filers like LegalZoom, Bizfilings and and The Company Corporation to begin the legal process, or consult with your attorney or accountant for advice. Then sign the Virtual Services Corporation contractual documentation electronically)
Finally, you will be able to view the available opportunities for our reputable companies. Companies are added periodically as the need arise. You will have a maximum of 8 days after gaining pending status approval to enroll in one of the client's opportunities training classes. Be sure to read all qualifications and requirements prior to enrolling and make sure that you are able to meet those needs. There will be a delay in you being able to service our clients if you express interest and drop or fail a training class. You will be required to wait up to 4 weeks before you are able to express interest in another available client.
Are there any upfront costs?
One-time Administrative Fee ($20)
National Background Check Fee ($12.95 in most states $25.95 in CO NV VT or SD)
Incorporation (approx. $100 depending on your state, not included in cost if joining G F Virtual Services Corporation)
Basic E-Certification Program ACP101 ($99) If joining G F Virtual Services Corporation, you will receive reimbursement on the ACP 101 course (See details below on reimbursements)
Client Specific Training Assessments can cost from $40 to $200 depending on the client. (Our affiliates offer vouchers to assist in paying for training classes but we can not guarantee this will be available at the time you choose to train.) You will have the option to choose the client you want to train and work. Once you have successfully completed the web-conference training, you will immediately be expected to begin working. Training (depending on the company you choose) can last anywhere from 15 to 45 days. (You are only allowed to train with one company at a time but you can work with multiple companies. If joining G F Virtual Services Corporation, you will receive up to $100 reimbursement for a client specific training assessment to be applied on your first paycheck (See details below on reimbursements).
Why do I have to pay fees for a job opportunity?
As a customer service agent working from home, you are acting as an owner of your own business. You are considered an Independent Contractor. You will be contracting your services to our affiliates. Just like realtors or insurance agent positions, you are responsible for paying for your own training, background checks, taxes and any other independent fees necessary for you to perform services or grow your business. Some of your fees can be reimbursed by joining G F Virtual Services Corporation once you are successfully certified to start working as a customer service agent and all of your business related expenses are tax deductible. Most agents are able to earn the upfront cost back within their first paycheck upon meeting their minimum hourly requirement. There is no upfront cost to join G F Virtual Services Corporation once you are certified, you simply just let us know you prefer to work with our team of agents and you will still have the option to start your own corporation at a later date that is more suitable.
Is this a legitimate job opportunity?
Yes. This job opportunity does provide certified agents with real jobs with reputable, well-known companies. Agents perform customer service to client customers in respect to technical support, sales, billing account information, roadside assistance, tax preparation etc. Agents take inbound calls, set their own schedule and earn dollars on a per minute or per hour basis. This is NOT a get rich quick scheme or an opportunity that is guaranteeing you a six figure income. Although a six figure income may be possible depending on your ability of operating your own business, it is only designed to provide you a legitimate income while working from the convenience of your home office. This is a job opportunity for you to start investing in you!!
How much can I earn?
It is really up to you on your earning potential. Some of our clients are open 24 hrs per day 7 days per week. Other clients have set operating hours such as 8 am Est. to 12 pm Est. However, most clients do require a minimum of at least 15 hours to be worked per week which will include Saturday and/or Sunday. Although most clients pay on a per minute basis, some clients also include a minimum per hour rate. Earnings can start from as low as $8 per hour to as high as $15 per hour. Some clients also pay qualified professional bonus based on perfomance and attendance so your earning potential can be pretty competitive.
How do I file taxes?
If you are planning on joining G F Virtual Services Corporation to perform services, you will be provided a 1099 for the end of the year worked considering you make at least $600 for that tax year. If you are planning to open your own corporation it is then at your discretion how your taxes will be handled.
Joining G F Virtual Services Corporation to perform services to clients
You are not required to join G F Virtual Services Corporation to perform duties as a Certified Professional. However, if you do decide that you would like to join us as your Virtual Service Corporation, you are required to adhere to your SOW requirements as outlined in the agreement of your client that you express interest. You will be required to acknowledge and agree to the terms of the client's contract and will notify us immediately if you are unable to either meet or continue to service with the assigned client either by phone or email. Failure to meet the needs of our client's due to poor performance or attendance will result in you no longer being able to service clients with G F Virtual Services Corporation. We hold our agents at high regard and want our agents to understand that although you don't have the restraints of the day to day set schedule, you are committed to servicing our clients with professionalism, quality and responsibility as those set in a traditional work environment. This is a real job, with real pay and there are real consequences if your not in compliance with the proper notices to make G F Virtual Services Corporation aware of your schedule changes, low attendance issues or problems servicing any client.
G F Virtual Services Corporation will deduct 10% of your pay every pay period for acting as your Virtual Services Corporation. In addition, there will be a $19.95 service fee deducted per pay period for Technical Support of all programs used to service our clients which will be supplied to our affiliate for those services.
G F Virtual Services pay all agents on the 15th and 30th or 31st (whichever applies per month.) You can receive direct deposit or a paper check. No taxes will be deducted so you will be responsible for your taxes at the end of the year. You will be acting as an independent contractor so you will receive a 1099. There are no benefits to be claimed such as medical, dental or unemployment insurance etc. since you are an independent contractor.
Reimbursements:
You are welcomed at any time to start your own corporation with our affiliate. Our service agreement does not require you to stay active with our Virtual Service Corporation except in qualifiying for reimbursements of the E-Certified ACP 101 course and the Client Specific Certified Training classes.
In order to qualify for reimbursement of the E-Certified ACP 101, you must enroll in the course within 72 hrs of successfully completing the background check. You must also complete and pass the ACP 101 within 7 days after enrolling. And you must enroll in a client opportunity within a maximum of 8 days after gaining PENDING status. Once you have serviced with G F Virtual Service Corporation for 90 days meeting your SOW requirements, we will forward you a check via deposit or mail for $49. After successfully completing service with our company for a maximum of 180 days meeting your SOW requirements, we will forward you a check via deposit or mail for $50. This reimbursement will be applied upon receiving a copy of your receipt.
G F Virtual Services Corporation also reimburses up to $100 for an agent to become client specific certified in one of our affiliates training classes. This reimbursement only applies to ONE training class. Applicant must join our company upon completing and passing the ACP 101 course. Applicant must enroll and pass a client specific certified training class. You must also agree to work for G F Virtual Services Corporation a minimum of 180 days meeting your servicing SOW. This reimbursement will be applied to your first paycheck upon receiving a copy of your receipt.
Incentives:
G F Virtual Services Corporation provides our agents a $25 referral fee for any friend, family member or associate that you refer to our company. Potential applicant must also go through the same qualifications and requirements and be accepted as a Certified Customer Service Professional as specified above. Once certified, applicant must service our company for at least 90 days and meet their SOW requirements. A check via deposit or mail will be sent to you as a referral fee considering you are still active with G F Virtual Services Corporation.
Starting your own Corporation
The best part of this opportunity is that you will have the opportunity to start your own business. Whether you want to start your own business right away or begin working first and then later open your own company, it will be a benefit to you!!! Yes it is true, you can start working for yourself as soon as you deem possible.
The criteria are as follows: Become a Certified Professional and Establish a Virtual Services Corporation (including EIN number and W9 in the USA).
- Set up a home office that meets the technology requirements and other specifications.
- Open a corporate bank account.
- Sign the Master Services Agreement.
You may use a pre-existing incorporated entity. You must however own at least 50% of the capital stock or other equity interest in the incorporated entity or you can start a new one.
